14-day returns

You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 days after your item is delivered.

How to request a return

Email falconigio1091@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it and help resolve it. The change-of-mind return shipping terms do not determine how these issues are handled.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome after receiving and reviewing your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
